  • Analyse revenue streams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI automation solutions, ensuring successful launches.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Represent the agency at industry events to build brand credibility and attract clients.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
  • Identify client pain points and recommend tailored AI solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to revenue growth and team performance.
